As an Assistant Branch Manager, you are expected to fulfil the below responsibilities

Branding and Promotions

Organize different and innovative programs to uplift the brand value of IPCS

Create a good rapport with our existing clients and generate new business clients. Initiate effective methods to achieve the business plans of IPCS. Update the news and events pages of website/social media with recent activities. Marketing Management Plan, assign and monitor entire activities of BDMs, CRMs, CROs, CREs and BDEs

working in different branches under control. Schedule a periodical meeting with all who are part of the sales/marketing team. Give regular and proper guidance to the Sales team in branch. Establish a proper system to monitor the activities of Freelance Marketing Executives. Plan and implement effective mode of advertisements such as print, online (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.) Prepare the activities and plan of action to be carried out by Marketing Engineers. Analyze their target achievement and give proper recognition / appreciation. Ensure all the expenses incurred for marketing is restricted as per the policies of the

company
