Our Assistant Canvass Managers are senior executors of our direct voter contact programs. Projects include direct voter contact programs, voter registration drives and signature gathering. Assistant Canvass Managers work with office leadership to take ownership of important components such as hourly team recruitment, training, shift preparation and shift supervision tasks. The responsibilities include staff management, reporting, training, administrative and human resources elements. The duration and location of projects vary but always include strong backend operational support and guidance. If you consider yourself a "people" or "process" person with a knack for planning and logistics, this position is for you.
Key Attributes
- Software proficiency with programs such as Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite and online project management tools
- 1-2 years of professional experience
