Job Description

Onsite Supplier Risk Assessment (SRMM) and implementation of risk mitigation plans.
Coordinate within commodity/Suppliers, and execute SRMM, Safety, ESG audits.
Drive suppliers for effective action plan preparation and implementation against Safety & ESG Audit points
Coordinate within commodity & suppliers and drive improvements against Financial risk analysis
Get latest financial statements from suppliers for financial risk analysis.
Drive suppliers for Closure of action plans of Safety, ESG, Labour, Financial & SRMM audits to enable to schedule re-audits
Support for Cyber Security related Audits & implementation at supplier as per the need.
Facilitate to get data like CIN, Commodity Mapping, certification or any other information related to suppliers.
Commodity based MIS preparation

5 to 8 Years of experience in Audits/Sourcing / Auto Parts Development etc.

QMS/EMS Certification Bodies, Audit agencies, Auto and Auto Ancillaries

B.E./B.Tech & Post Graduation in Mechanical/ Electrical Eng.

1) Basic Knowledge of Industrial Safety requirements
2) Financial - Ability to read and understand financial statements.
2) Costing: knowledge of broad principles and cost drivers
3)Basic understanding of Sanctions and legal aspects
4) Basic knowledge of Taxation ( GST), import & export regulations/Requirements, sourcing and service agreements.
5) Business Process Knowledge- using internal Systems like Cordys, SAP, Spend Analytics tools etc.
