Job Description

• Designation: Assistant Acquisition Manager/ Premier Acquisition Manager (Current Accounts & Saving Accounts)

• Grade: - Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. 1. To acquire customers for Current Accounts && Savings Accounts Products of the bank, from a
2. pool of potential individuals, small businesses, trusts associations, societies, and corporates.
3. 2. To achieve and deepen business volume and numbers.
4. 3. To Cross-sell TPP like Insurance, Asset Products, etc.
5. 4. Responsible for Sourcing High-Value CASA customers along with the entire Family Banking
6. relationships.
7. 5. Hard-core Sales Mentality. Primary Motivation from the Achievement of Targets. A Hunter by
8. Orientation.

Qualifications Required:

• Graduate Must (in any field)

Skills Required:

1. Selling skills with a clear focus on acquiring new Current Accounts
2. Presentable and Demonstrating Basic Etiquettes
3. Persuading skills
4. Candidates Managing && Sourcing Business Banking customers would be preferred
5. Fluent communication and a basic understanding of English
6. Maximum Age Limit - 32yrs.
