Objective and responsibility
Customer related:
Responsible for compliance with HIPAA Privacy Rule
Assure workforce members are compliant by clarifying the Privacy Policies and procedures when questionable
Ensure all Company policies and procedures are implemented consistently and fairly
Security Awareness and Training for all personnel, periodic security reminders
Responsible to drive client mandated compliance activities
Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
US Healthcare, HIPAA, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013, GDPR, Client Contract, HITECH
Risk Management and Risk assessment capabilities
Up-to-date Knowledge of Business technology and IT
Sound Understanding of Regulatory Guidelines and Security Policies
Is able to understand the impact of team/functions performance on the goals
Reviews own actions against the process objectives Communication skills
Experience (years): Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Compliance and Risk
Certifications (Technical / Non-technical), if any: ISO 27001 , ISO 9001
