- Handle team of 2 to 5 people of post customer service team.
- Make Collection from existing or new customers.
- Resolve the queries of customer through call / in office.
- Carried out the flat handover inspection process.
- Provide loan related information to customer.
- Maintain relationship with bank or customers.
- Raise demand letter of customer.
- Provide details of agreement of customer through mail/whats up/call.
- Handled agreement/loan related queries of customers.
- Manage the team and set goal to carried out smooth operation of collection process.
- Understand about root cause analysis of process.
