: Job Description: Manage process Training for Collection Vertical Co-ordinate with RBI /IIBF for DRA certification for entire Debt Management Service (DMS) vertical Collaborate with compliance team for adherence to RBI compliance for DMS vertical Program-manage Code of Conduct (COC) and other compliance related training for DMS vertical Manage learning platform LMS for conducting training Desirable to have project management experience Should have experience of managing LMS /LXP at administrator level and must have managed both internal and external stakeholders Key Skills : L & D Hr
