Build an awareness of different fragrances product lines and operate an efficient and profitable service department through productive staffing, customer retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all service records. Assist in the preparation of reconciling cash receipts and in the inventory-taking. Reviews departmental forecast model. Maintains reporting systems required by general management and the company. Attends leaders meetings. Monitors and controls the performance of the company using appropriate reports, tracking systems, and surveys. Assists in developing a marketing plan which promotes new and repeat business. Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised. Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures. Accounts for all documents; ensures that none are missing and all are processed correctly. Monitors sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality products.
Manage payroll, scheduling, reports, email, inventory, and maintained clientele book and records. Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business. Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specific level. Keeps abreast of new equipment and tools available and recommends purchases. Serves as liaison with factory representatives. Coordinate all sales and purchase activities of the business according to its needs. Implement promotional marketing strategies to increase company’s sales. Handle customer complaints with careful listening and questioning and resolve customer’s complaints such as, credits, refunds, receipts are issued due to the customer’s requirement. Manage daily accounts such as, compute sales prices, and total purchases. Negotiate contracts and purchase agreements.
Handle inventory management including: sales and purchase orders, and vendor managed inventory account management.

Requirements: High School Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent + 24 months of experience in the job offered and in handling inventory management including sales orders, purchase orders and vendor managed inventory account management.
