n this role, you have opportunity to

Act as Assistant Marketing Manager to join the highly successful Philips personal health business. You will enter the fast-paced, multinational environment of Philips in Hong Kong.


You are responsible for

Defines proposals for marketing strategy for specific product categories.
Plan and execute brand 360 marketing programs including ATL, BTL, Digital and PR.
Drive and implement business and marketing goals to support the overall market strategy and growth.
Gathering information and working on product strategy, making marketing analysis to cope with business and market needs of local market.
Collaborate and work with multifunctional teams, agencies and business partners to deliver execution excellence.
Introduces new supporting process activities.


You are a part of

Dedicated Marketing Team of Philips Hong Kong. Philips is a leading brand with a healthy and growing business, and with ambitious future growth plans. You will report to Marketing Manager, Personal Health who based in HK, and will be working in a network of various stakeholders in Greater China region.


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of work experience of integrated marketing role from MNC FMCG/Beauty business, with CBEC experience is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and the passion to drive business growth. Ability to think creatively and pragmatically.
Excellent project management skills and broad interests that allow you to create multi-disciplinary environments that inspire and motivate others.
Ability to collaborate with local marketing and sales teams, influence others, present convincing arguments and build and maintain extensive networks
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
Excellent communications skill, good in Mandarin and English.
