Description of Duties: 

• 
  

  Support the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Run equipment and maintenance as needed to ensure machinery is in good working order.

  
  


• 
  

  Preparing production reports and submitting them to Operations Manager.

  
  


• 
  

  Execute quality control processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Regularly inspect finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure that all production orders are shipped on time. 

  
  


• 
  

  Monitoring and motivating team to continually achieve targets (to include billing, inventory and shipping).

  
  


• 
  

  Enforce health and safety compliance.

  
  

Job Requirements:

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Logistics, or related field.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and leadership skills with proven experience in a supervisory role.  

  
  


• 
  

  Mechanical ability to be able to perform maintenance and varied repairs on machines.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

  
  


•
