A day in the life.
As our Associate Account Manager on the Private Client Services team, youll: Maintain files in agency management system and document management system in an orderly, up-to-date manner. Process policies, endorsements requests and endorsements. Assist lenders with desired information needed. Works closely with Account Managers to resolve any issues on accounts. Maintains working knowledge of all company change procedures. Assists or fills in for Account Managers as directed. Checks late-payment and cancellation notices. Helps as backup with answering phones at the receptionist desk. Helps as backup with opening, prepping, scanning and indexing incoming mail as well as preparing all outgoing mail. Prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously. Performs other functions as assigned by management.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills Results Oriented Sound problem solving skills High integrity and work ethics Sense of urgency and time management Ability to routinely work under pressure, meets deadlines High attention to detail Must have all licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance to discuss and/or sell insurance in states where the agency functions.
Ability to use personal computer, calculator, agency automation system, and proficiency in various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel.
