We are looking for Associate Accounting Representative for our client in Irvine, CA

Job Title: Associate Accounting Representative

Job Location: Irvine, CA

Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

Pay Range $24.80hr - $29.80hr

 Responsibilities:

• Prepare, examine or analyze accounting records, financial statements or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems.

Skills:

• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
• Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
• Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations as related to accounting.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related accounting software.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma required.
• 0-2 years of financial and/or accounting experience required.

Must-Have:

• Experience processing payroll tickets, ServiceNow preferred.
• High-level soft skills and prior experience working well within a team environment.
• Proficient with Excel and Excel search functions.
• Enterprise-level payroll processing experience.
