Designation: Associate Area Business Manager(AABM)
Channel:Agency- Business Partner
>Recruit /Train Financial Consultants (FC) and advisors.
>Act as a mentor, coach for the tea to drive Business/Sales Targets.
>Enhance FC earnings based on vintage.
>Focusing on advisor and Financial Consultants (FC) retention.
>Focus on Customer retention.
>Generate sales leads through Financial Consultants (FC) and advisors by upselling and cross selling of product mix.
>Branch Development through recruitment and social networking skills.
- PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES & COMPETENCIES:
>Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor team of Financial Consultants (FC) and advisors.
>Applicant must be excellent at selling skills and social networking skills.
>Should be will conversant in the local language and must have excellent communication skills.
Key Requirements & Skills for this Role:
- Salary:3L - 5.50L
- Age Limit:25 - 45 Yrs
- Education:Any Graduation
- Experience:Min 2 Yrs - 4 Yrs
Preferred Industry: Insurance /BFSI/ FMCG/Telecom/ Pharma/ Automobile/ Real Estate/ Any Field Sales
