Senior partner of AV rated general casualty insurance defense firm has an opening for an Associate Attorney with insurance defense litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years experience in trucking/transportation, insurance coverage and bad faith, as well as auto and premises liability. Candidate must have minimum of 4 years experience handling insurance defense litigation which includes drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and other legal documents on behalf of clients. Responsibilities also include attendance and participation in depositions of fact and expert witnesses as well as preparation and participation in trials and hearings in State and Federal Court. Please provide salary expectations along with your resume and references.
