The ideal candidate will have excellent research and writing skills and be able to produce well written and persuasive motions and pleadings.

Prior experience with depositions, hearings, trials, and status conferences is necessary.

The ideal candidate should be based in CT/NY, and have excellent interpersonal skills

Someone who has experience in family law / divorce law/ marital law will be preferred.
