Job Description : Project Deliveries:

18+ years of IT experience

Project execution with distributed teams

Implementation of industry best practices for project deliveries

Generating value for clients Customer:

Liaising and building relationships with senior management globally to grow the business locally

Interface with various Line of Businesses and ensure client satisfaction

Client expectation and escalation management

Ability to interact with clients for technical as well as domain consultancy Operational:

Ensure smooth operations and service delivery

Provide guidance and develop the offshore teams

Audit and compliance Industry and Technology:

Demonstrate knowledge of BFS Industry Products & Product Features, Product Implementations in Key Business Areas

Delivery Management and client facing experience

Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with customers and onshore partners

Comfortable interfacing with personnel at all levels on a range of issues

Experience in managing multiple, diverse multi-location teams and leaders
