Your Responsibilities:

Managing the day-to-day activities of the team and ensuring the attainment of revenue goals.

Training / Coaching the team members to maximize their potential by creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.

Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and sales skills and conducting quarterly performance reviews.

Identifying and passing on product improvements or new product ideas to the product team, through constant interaction with the team and the customers.

Develop and implement sales strategies.

Align the team to daily input / output metrics and execute smooth working in the team

Manage and resolve customer complaints.

Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends / offerings / best practices to quickly learn and adapt.


Desired Skills:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in the sales domain spearheading a team

Proven track record of overachieving the targets

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Desired Qualifications:

MBA or BTECH (in any specialization) or folks with experience in selling technical courses

Experience in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Experience in managing a team of sales professionals and drive the team to achieve set goals

Experience with CRM software (Leadsquared preferred)
