Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handling all aspects of event planning from start to finish, including hiring vendors and purchasing supplies
  • Liaising and negotiating with vendors
  • Brainstorming and implementingevent plans and concepts
  • Handling budgeting and invoicing.
  • Managing logistics, venue Management, Manpower management and responsible for legal permissions.
  • Handling post-event reports
  • Assistingin creative design and layouts.
  • Optimization of Resources through Cost Reduction Measures.
  • Helping set up and dismantle events efficiently through to completion


  • Skills Required

  • Qualification any bachelor or Master degree
  • Minimum 3yearsof relevant professional experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Knowledge of handling social media is an added advantage.
