Roles and Responsibilities - Handling all aspects of event planning from start to finish, including hiring vendors and purchasing supplies
- Liaising and negotiating with vendors
- Brainstorming and implementingevent plans and concepts
- Handling budgeting and invoicing.
- Managing logistics, venue Management, Manpower management and responsible for legal permissions.
- Handling post-event reports
- Assistingin creative design and layouts.
- Optimization of Resources through Cost Reduction Measures.
- Helping set up and dismantle events efficiently through to completion
- Skills Required
- Qualification any bachelor or Master degree
- Minimum 3yearsof relevant professional experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge of handling social media is an added advantage.
