Position held on : Asst.Projects Manager
Location: Nehru Nagar, (Off Rajiv Gandhi Salai), Chennai & Bangalore, Karnataka.

Job Description - Asst.Projects Manager(Building Material & Architect Industries Add advantage)
Ensure the project is delivered on time.
Compliance with all statutory norms and ensure all the workers adhere with the same.
Co-ordinates with execution team during testing of materials / work and recommend necessary corrective & preventive actions to control the nonconforming products / works.
Ensure compliance with the quality parameters as specified.
Work schedule has to prepared, get approved from management and should strictly adhere with it.
Project status has to be updated to the management on weekly basis with suggestions.
Ensure no wastage of materials and labour. All the labour force has to be utilized effectively.
All technical quires of installers have to be cleared.
Handle the installers with easy and ensure effective team work.
Mobilization of resources manpower, equipment, materials in co-ordination with the project head.
Execution of works within the parameters of time, cost, profit, quality, productivity, and collection.
Managing the client interface in terms of deliverables, grievances and other issues..
checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force.
preparing reports as required;
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Required Experience
- Preferably an BE, (EEE, Civil, Mechanical) MBA Graduate
- Preferable - Constructions Field - Building Material Industry
- Preferably 03-05 years of experience in Projects Operations Management.
- Excellent communication (Verbal & Written) and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Employment Type
