POSITION OVERVIEW:
ZeroDay Technology Solutions is a division within ADB Companies, one of the fastest growing, turn key, utility construction contractors in the telecom industry. ZeroDay provides a diverse set of technology services including AV, Collaboration, Connectivity, Infrastructure, MiCiv, and MSP. The AV Engineer is responsible for the execution of physical installations of hardware and the commission of AV systems.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and interpret system drawings
- Manage racks, pull and terminate cable
- Build and register VTC CODEC endpoints
- Commission AV systems
- Work with remote system programmers to load and diagnose interfaces
- Configure digital signal processors (DSP) including Biamp, QSC, and Crestron
- Troubleshoot specific video and network related issues
- Deliver knowledge transfer to customers for final sign off of installation
- Install AV components including DSPs, system processors, video switches, network switches

- Familiarity with Crestron DMC-E-4K, DMC-D-4K, AMX-ACE and Avixa / InfoComm CTS
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Corporate headquarters are located at 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, projectors, copy/fax, and smartphones.
- Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, including climbing, sitting, standing, walking and driving
- May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated
- When working on site, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats and life jackets
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- 5 years’ experience in collaboration or Audio Visual Integration
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
