avad3 Event Production is looking for a competent, engaged Audio Lead to work with clients and our producers on our larger events.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
As an Audio Lead you will directly manage a team of Audio Techs. You will set up and maintain audio equipment, fix sound-related issues, and work with producers and talent to ensure that events run smoothly.
The primary clients we serve are typically corporate clients who need to do a 1,000 person event with a general session and breakout sessions. We support events nationally. You can view us on social media to dig deeper into the types of events we do.

You provide clear direction to your team to ensure that everything runs smoothly. You think quickly on your feet when a problem does need to be solved and work collaboratively with the client and the production team to solve it. You excel in excellent customer service, putting the client at ease.
Requirements
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing, deployment and optimization of large PA systems
- Knowledge of FFT and SMARRT
- Knowledge of Dante and MADI
- High level A1 skills for large and small events
- Leadership abilities
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Leads and develops a team of audio and senior audio techs
- Creates and implements strategy of audio department
- Serves as A1 for high level events

ENVIRONMENT
- Youll be planning upcoming events from our office, but for the event weeks themselves, this is an on-site role. We serve at events throughout the country.
