The Corporate BDC Trainer will have overall responsibility of training/coaching the staff in our 7 Business Development Centers (BDC) throughout the company, including sales/service BDC representatives and managers. This individual will present training material in an engaging manner and ensure that it is implemented and executed to drive impact to Ciocca Dealerships. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Effectively train all Service/Sales BDC new hires, existing representatives, and management by presenting training material, coaching one on one, and conducting group training to ensure all processes are being handled effectively
- Assist in continuous coaching on sales/service techniques, quality and product knowledge and monitors effectiveness
- Track the growth of sales/service for each team member to evaluate and provide positive and constructive feedback and monitor calls, emails and texts for effectiveness and improvement
- Interact with and influence personnel, including executive-level managers, department managers, and Business Development Center (BDC) staff on sales and service lead management
- Continue to stay well-informed of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies for both sales/service BDC. Continuously enhance own knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality training
Qualifications include but are not limited to: - 3-5 years of demonstrated Business Development Center (BDC) and Lead Management experience, and/or Automotive Vendor experience
- Display meticulous attention to detail, exceptional time management skills, and a strong aptitude for thriving in centralized BDC environments
- Possess the skill to recognize and capitalize on potential sales/service opportunities
- Dedicate a minimum of 75% of all time spent on BDC sites engaging in various training activities with personnel.
- Must be willing to travel amongst our 7 business development centers in PA/NJ
- Exhibits a vibrant and inspiring demeanor that motivates and energizes others
- Excellent communication skills
