Responsibilities:

Ensure each customer’s experience is innovative and beyond expectations

Present an in-depth insight into our vehicles and services

Present vehicle attributes, finance options, and manufacturer promotions

Facilitate customer test drives and promote our brand

Assist in the completion of customer’s sales applications

Foster relationships with customers to establish customer retention

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous sales and/ or telemarketing experience is preferred

Outgoing, personable, team player with a superior work ethic

Proficient time management and organizational skills

Exemplary communication and customer service skills

Pass background screening, pre-placement drug screening and must have an acceptable MVR
