The role of the Auto Sales Professional is to match customers with the lifted truck, Jeep, or SUV of their dreams. We are seeking a highly tenured sales professional with outstanding communication skills, in person and over the phone. You must be innovative and creative, with an entrepreneurial mindset. Your ability to think outside of the box and solve problems using critical thinking skills is imperative. The right candidate for this job will also be tech-savvy. Your goal is to make customers feel comfortable with their purchase and answer any questions or concerns they may have.



 



Top Responsibilities:





  •  Produce and manage customer leads




  • Correspond with customers to persuade them towards the best vehicle inventory choices




  • Convince customers to upgrade to their ideal vehicle options




  • Promote the benefits of specific vehicles and related features with a creative approach 




  • Influence and accelerate Internet customer traffic into the dealership




  • Responsible for updating / maintaining customer profiles in CRM




  • Convert deals within the dealer management system




  • Generate appointments for interested customers




  • Ability to navigate technology and passion to work toward improving technology systems





 



Qualifications:





  • High School Diploma (some college preferred)




  • Must have a valid and current driver’s license with a clean driving record




  • Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug testing

  • Diligent organization and proactive follow-up skills




  • Entrepreneurial mindset to expedite the sales process 




  • Confident ability to provide superior customer service in a consultative manner




  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
