Role:
The primary responsibility of the Bilingual Call Center Agent is the data collection over the phone using our propitiatory interviewing system.
SPH is looking for full-time Call Center Agents for our Duluth, GA call center that will focus on improving healthcare by collecting feedback from Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid members and providers in an inbound call center environment.

- Communicate with broad audiences on the benefits of why we are collecting data.
- Love talking to people who want to be heard
- Having conversations/scripts that are standardized
- Being trained and used on multiple projects involving multiple requirements
- Providing feedback to improve the process
- Being able to overcome objection quickly using FAQ’s and training
Top Performers in the call center will be able to convert a high amount of outbound calls and ensure completed surveys are done with 100% data quality(link removed) High quality work will often lead to other positions within SPH such as Quality Monitor, Quality Analyst, Project Coordinators and Data Validators.

Position Requirements:
- Be able to speak, read, and write SPANISH
- Be able to sit for prolonged periods of time
- Be computer savvy
- Love fast-paced environments
- Read scripted questionnaires
- Record accurate data
