Summary of Work

• Develop solutions based on the requirements provided by the Integration Team.
• Tickets submitted via Jira and assigned by Nicki Williams, Dawn Kraus and/or German Wren.
• All work will follow the Fortra Integration process including UAT.
• Transition all work to the Fortra CORE team to make sure they are in the loop and understand how to support and new development in the future.

Desired Skillset

• Proficiency in C#/.NET development and XrmToolBox.
• Hands-on experience in user interface design using CSS, HTML, and JavaScript, as well as extensive development of MS Dynamic CRM client-side programming using JavaScript/JSON/jQuery/HTML and the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization SDK Tool Kit.
• Microsoft technologies, including .NET, MS Dynamics CRM, and SQL Server, to develop business solutions.
• Proficient at customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
• PowerApps and Power Automate developer, working with Dynamics 365 data to build complex applications and integrations.
• Hands-on experience in architecting solutions that involve Dynamics customization, including server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plugins.
• Strong experience in utilizing JavaScript plugins such as XRM Tools, as well as in-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and web services.
• Experience with Canvas and Model Driven applications and the Common Data Service (CDS), as well as with Azure services such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and their role in potential automation solutions.
• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and/or Field Service, and experience with Azure DevOps and its integration into the Power Platform.
• Experience in a SCRUM and Agile environment, exposure to Power Virtual Agents (PVA) and their development/deployment, and SSRS development using Visual Studio to create and deploy reports for Dynamics CRM.
