AMS is seeking candidates for the Delivery Leader Application Maintenance position based in Gurgaon/Noida/Pune location

We are looking to hire a Delivery Leader in Application Maintenance pillar within AMS who will be responsible for

End to end application maintenance and support of business and corporate applications
Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and ensure alignment with IT strategies
Responsible for capacity planning, costing and budgeting, delivery planning and execution, vendor coordination, reporting, continuous service improvements & people management
Adapt rapidly with modern technologies and skills required
Bring in innovation and efficiencies in IT operations
Build and maintain high performing teams

We will count on you to:

IT Delivery
Development & Maintenance: Oversee the development and maintenance of software applications, systems, or solutions. This includes managing the development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices, manage risks and issues, monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software with-in budget and SLAs.
Application Support: Application support refers to the highest level of technical support provided for complex or escalated issues. The responsibility includes managing the Application support teams, which handles critical incidents, troubleshoots complex problems, provides expert-level technical assistance to resolve issues, and ensuring that maintenance activities are performed according to agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs.
Testing Services: Manage the testing services. This includes overseeing the testing process, ensuring the development of comprehensive test strategy, plans, coordinating with stakeholders to define testing requirements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality testing services using test automation.
Continuous Service Improvements (CSI): Accountable for driving continuous service improvement initiatives in the pillar. This involves identifying areas for improvement in service delivery, implementing process enhancements, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of service delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and cost optimization. S/he should stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT services.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and ensuring their expectations are met.
Communication and Reporting: Facilitate effective communication between offshore teams, clients, and stakeholders. Provide valuable insights to the stakeholders to aid decision making and delivery visibility.
People Management: Accountable for all people management activities including colleague growth and development, mentor and coach senior colleagues, performance evaluation, onboarding and offboarding, optimize resource utilization and operating cost, vendor management.
Growth and Transition: Look for opportunities to grow AM pillar and solicit proposals leading to service alleviation, consolidation and cost optimization for MMC. It also involves managing transitions seamlessly in AM
Process Adherence: Ensure right processes and tools are implemented and continuously improve on it. Adopt Agile methodology and practices across the pillar


What you need to have:

Extensive experience in agile way of software development and support of big portfolios with diverse tech stack around Microsoft, MEAN and JAVA
Strong experience in managing complex projects/programs using Agile methodology, implementing Agile concepts, DevSecOps, Security in IT delivery, defining and managing processes, KPIs and reporting insights to stakeholders, program/project cost and budget
Good knowledge of Source Control Management and Cloud
Excellent inter-personal skills
Building the right team based on the business need Coach, mentor, provide oversight and direction to the team accordance with the organization's policies and procedures
Have Developed competencies, competencies backup and prepare for future competencies
Continuously look new opportunities and new customers within the frame of Global In-house Centre Technology Services Solutions
