Work to be done on daily basis: (Aesthetic Beauty, Kiva Fashions and Aanya Global)

E-Commerce-Job Description

Online Portals (E-Commerce):

1.All orders need to be processed of online on time (Aesthetic, Kiva or Aanya).

2.See to it that no late orders no orders should be pending from our side.

3.Website orders to be processed within 12hrs.

4.All online entries to be done within the same day itself.

5.Packing to be done on time whenever we receive the orders.

6.Daily reports of amazon and flipkart such as sales, return or late dispatch rates should be posted on group daily.

7.Daily or weekly inventory management, campaign, discount whenever needed, festival discounts to be updated on every e-commerce platform.

8.Returns to be claimed at the same time if received another product. And return entry should also be entered on the same day.

9.Outstanding to be checked and entered in system every day, expense, commission, charges of portals all should be done and adjusted on weekly or daily basis.

10.Update Listing Keywords / search terms etc

11.Monitor Archived / Trash or out of stock items and take necessary actions.

12.Check listing with Medical[M1]

13.Tally Payments received Via Payment gateway.

Modern Trade:

1.All modern trade such as Nykaa, Beauty and Beyond, Wellness, Health and Glow, Reliance etc. to be systematic and on time.

2.All orders of the modern trade should be processed on time and appointment should be taken and on time and should be get delivered on time. Ensure proper tracking of orders.

3.Tracking details, POD Copy should be maintained properly after the stock is dispatched.

4.Inventory on all the MT platform should be proper, if not mail/WhatsApp them every week to raise PO for out of stock products, etc.

5.Tell them to raise PO continuously of the stock which we have.

6.Outstanding follow up to be mailed every week.

7.Modern Trade reports to be sent every week and month on group or mail from F12 -> Sales Monthly (Customerwise) , filter All MT Parties.

8.Returns of modern trade to be tallied and entered whenever required and received.

9.Damage, expiry products take approval from the management and mail them accordingly.

10.Weekly Payment follow up mails need to be compulsorily sent.

Retail Stores/Salons :

1.Outstanding of customer more than 30days should be get cleared before the new stock dispatched.

2.For orders and collection needs to be start from office.

3.Sales should be increased every month than compare to previous month customerwise

4.Payments follow up should be done every day, mails call everything should be done on priority.

5.Orders should be billed on the same day or next day morning; no orders billing should be get delayed.

6.Delivery should be done time within 1 or maximum 2 days after the orders received.

7.Delivery given and delivery delivered to be scanned daily without fail in the same of the person who goes for delivery.

8.For returns or expiry post it on group and take management decision and get it cleared.

9.For percentage or margin issues, get approval from Manthan Sir and Naman Sir and get it cleared on the same time.

10.Try to open new stores, for margin and everything take approval from management.

11.Documents for opening the new stores should be get collected, or should be on mail.

12.Delivery status sign copy image post it on group (Selected groups).

13.Messages should be replied on time.

Reporting :

1.Send daily Ecom orders status screenshots of Dashboards Amazon , Flipkart , Shopify

Social Media:

1.Start posting on all the pages,

2.For creatives and all make a calendar and get it done from graphic designer.

3.Create a Whatsapp Database segment wise Retails , Salons , End users etc

4.Broadcast to all the customers regarding any offers, festival posts, new products, etc. on WhatsApp.

5.Digital marketing to be started.

6.Boosting, campaign everything to be started.

7.Thankyou cards to be get designed and printed for orders (On priority).


Work related to office:

1.Stock of every company should be taken once a month and should be tallied with medica stock.

2.Damaged stock should be counted and get approval from management for the further process of damaged goods.

3.Racks and office should be very cleaned, see to it that no products should get damaged or dirty.

4.No stock or anything should be lying openly in office.

5.Every product should be in box or in bag.
