Huge Hiring for E-Commerce Industory for Customer Support Executive at Whitefiled Location
Designation: Customer Support Executive
Qualification: PUC/ Graduates Can apply
Level of Hire: Fresher/ Experience
Languages: Excellent English & Hindi
Package: goes up to 15k to 17k TH + Incentives
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
Working Days& Week Off: 6days working, 1 day Rotational off
Shift: 9 AM to 6PM / 10AM to 7PM / 11 AM to 8PM
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managelargeamounts of incoming phone calls.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Note:Looking for an Immediate Joiner, Work from Office.
