• Sportswear Fabric Manufacturer
• Maintain high fabric quality standards at 4 Point System
• Lead the Fabric QA/Inspection team

The Fabric Quality Assurance Manager develops, manages, implements communicates, and maintains the Companys Quality Assurance Systems and Policies in compliance with customer requirements to avoid defective goods being shipped to production and ensure mill partners hold the highest quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Should know about Polyester Knitted Fabrics
• Develop, Manage, Implement, Communicate, and maintain a Quality Plan
• Effectively interact with technical, development, and production team
• Coordinate with the Production & Sales department for quality norms for running styles & to achieve the required quality standard
• Assisting technicians in checking patterns/specifications and construction.
• Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly.
• Provide enough training in fabric Inspection & Fabric Testing
• Ensuring all quality and production issues by auditing and controlling.
• To conduct pre-production meeting
• Doing an in-line inspection of Knitting, Dyeing Factories.
• Follow up fabric Greige & final inspections.
• Ultimately ensure final product quality based on requirements.
• To carry out other tasks as assigned by management from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Tech in Textile Engineering
• Strong Analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills
• Candidate should you 10+ years of experience
