Title: IBM RTC Expert
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Required Experience/Skills:
- 7 to 10 years experience as a Software Developer
- 7+ years experience with min. 4 years experience in IBM RTC (Rational Team Concert) for change and configuration management
Role and Responsibilities:
- Define and execute system and software configuration management methods and tools for customer IBM requirements system
- Follow process to ensure IBM systems is getting patched correctly and on time.
- Coordinate regularly with relevant scrum teams and the stakeholders
- Troubleshoot configuration and patch deployments when needed
- Implement metrics and reporting through configuration of the Rational tool, including dashboards, and generation of ad hoc and standard reports
- Provide training and support for Rational Team Concert end-users
