Job Title: ITI Records Management and Process Specialist Job Duration: 2 Years Job Location: Farmington Hills, MI(Hybrid) Client: Daimler Truck Financial Services What You'll Do: Responsible to update all Network File Shared Standards and Process such as Request for NEW shared folder be created on the following Drive (G/M/Y/W) Executing changes to folder structures based on CISM requests, Monitoring space utilization, Retention of backup tapes, Create and maintain AD security groups used for file share management etc. Maintain and Administer Record Management SharePoint site as well as keep up to date Information Owners on all file share folders. Communicate to users when excessive or inappropriate use is identified, request deletion of unauthorized file types. Performs complex database queries to track records and meet internal customer's needs. Ensure Record Management policies and procedures are followed to facilitate the orderly retention and disposition of records. Acts as a liaison between user departments regarding issues of retention and disposition. Identify and document problems in ITI work processes and suggest improvements to management and support the daily operation. Coordinate annual reviews and monitor annual file share records clean-up (annual records clean-up) of all business records and the Secure Disposal Services (SDS) always maintaining confidentiality and privacy. Ability to identify operational efficiencies to maintain or increase the work quality and productivity of ITI procedures. Create and maintain related documentation and knowledge base. Prepare documents when quality audits are in progress. Follow production procedures and completing internal documentation & tracking. What You Bring: 5 to 7 years of related experience HS Diploma or Equivalent Required- Bachelor's preferred Comprehensive knowledge of IT record inventories. Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of Record management policies and procedures. Proficient in functions of MS Office, Outlook, SharePoint, and other database functionality concepts. Certification or training in Information Management, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, or Information Technology) is highly desired. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Working knowledge of Exchange Server
