Our client, a "Top 10" Global Law Firm is looking for an "IT Service Desk Lead" for their NYC office.



 



The duration of the project is approximately 6 to 12 months and could go longer or go consulting-to-perm.



 



The firm is migrating to a new document management system, so the IT manager will be tied up with this process during the migration.



 



They need someone who:



 



- Can manage an IT team of about 5 employees



- Has Law Firm experience



- Has knowledge of ticketing systems, document management systems, Active Directory, RSA, Citrix virtual technology, VPN and SCCM.



- Can bring new ideas to the table



- Can Institute new Methodologies, Solutions and Best Practices for the department
