• Expert in IT Service Management Hands on Design and Implementation


• Expert in CMDB


• Expert in Change Management, Asset Management


• Expert in Incident & Problem Management


• Expert in Service Catalogue


• Expert in Request Management & Service Desk


• Experience integrating ITSM with ITOM


• Hands on Experience with Service Now is a plus


• Experience integrating with Infrastructure Automation Tools is a plus


• Knowledge of On-Prem as well as Cloud Implementations
