SCOESC I.T. Solutions Engineer
The South Central Ohio Educational Service Center is accepting applications for an I.T.
Solutions Engineer.
Candidates must have the following:
- Bachelors degree in IT/Network Systems is preferred...equivalent experience may be considered
Documentation of a Background check with a clear criminal record is also required.
The primary objective for this position is as follows:
The IT Solutions Engineer is responsible for the duties assigned by the Director of Information
Technology. These duties will relate to the support of all district owned technology and IT related functions, research, planning, and project implementation. Duties also include client based support and needs assessment.
Areas of responsibility and focus will include information security, the general support of all
ESC staff, software and hardware located at the ESC or at member district locations. This also includes non-ESC clients. The IT Solutions Engineer will also assist the Director of Information
Technology with the management of all SCOESC public relations within the ESC, and the building and sustaining of the ESCs reputation for quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
This is a year round position on a 250 day contract with the starting annual salary commensurate with experience
