Ciocca Dealerships is looking for an IT Specialist to join our growing team!

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Log, investigate and solve technical issues
• Document work performed using ticketing system
• Install and configure new devices when necessary
• Diagnose and repair network issues (WiFi and wired).
• Wireless navigation using Meraki dashboard to troubleshoot issues
• Dealer Management System create new users account and install software
• Support of Microsoft 365 platform
• Support of Phone Systems
• Support of Active Directory

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• 1 - 3 years of help desk / field service or related experience
• Professionalism and strong communication skills
• Ability to work with all levels and varying positions of staff
• Requires the ability to organize and prioritize project tasks.
• Candidate must be a self-starter who can take initiative, work independently, have time management skills, and have an excellent work ethic
• Requires excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
