The Inside Sales / Customer Service Associate assists the Company in increasing the effectiveness of the Sales and Customer Service department by providing stellar customer experiences, targeting sales growth opportunities both within the existing customer base and new sales channels. This position requires the ability to make balanced decisions for both customer and employer satisfaction, outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, the ability to upsell and increase both profit margin and sales volumes, proficiency with our operating system, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
This position is vital to the success of our organization and demands teamwork, customer-focus and lots of attention to detail. Weekly schedule is typically Tuesday through Saturday, but the position does require flexibility when necessary to cover shifts in an emergency or to assist with vacations.
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Assist Management with an assigned book for sales account business. Exhibit a high level of knowledge about the products and services we offer. Quickly resolve any customer issues, including overseeing daily shorts and mistakes, as well as identifying and proactively reaching out to customers who have missed an order or other problem indicators. Input orders into system from incoming faxes, emails and phone calls and ensure accuracy and proficiency. Work with Warehouse, Operations and Accounting teams to resolve delivery, inventory & billing issues in a timely manner. Perform other tasks as directed by Management.

Write routine reports and correspondence. Meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and other deadlines consistently. Work under pressure with changing, ambiguous priorities. Communicate effectively and promptly to clients or employees of the organization. High level of manual dexterity to adeptly type and use computer equipment. Auditory and visual skills Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
