Rapyuta Robotics, backed by Goldman Sachs, is a robotics company. with a mission of making robots more accessible. We are seeking talented and ambitious individuals with a can-do attitude to help revolutionize robotics. We build and operate the world s first cloud robotics platform. On top of this platform, we have built multiple exciting robotics products such as a Pick-Assist Autonomous Mobile Robot (PA-AMR) solution for warehouses. You will be part of a squad that operates with a mission of marketing our products and nurturing leads with a focus on the North American region.

Job overview

  • This position is part of the Acquisition Marketing team and is responsible for lead nurturing in the US market.
  • The goal of this position is to nurture new MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) provided by other marketing teams and recycled leads passed on from field sales to obtain SALs (Sales Accepted Leads) and SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).
  • This position will report to the Acquisition Marketing Manager.

Individual Roles and Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing email marketing and social media marketing with a regular cadence by coordinating with internal teams
  • Data management including building CRM tools (especially Hubspot)
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams for digital marketing tasks such as
    • Digital marketing strategy creation
    • Running ad campaigns on online channels like social media
    • Collecting and analyzing data using tools like Google Analytics
    • Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Working with external content vendors to prepare Whitepapers, blogs etc.
  • Working with SDR and BDR teams composed of external vendors to generate pitches
  • Planning and implementation of nurturing seminars, webinars etc.
, Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing
  • A bachelor s degree in engineering or sales and marketing
  • Strong market research and strategic analysis skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English to drive international deals
  • Organized, punctual, and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA in sales and/or marketing
  • Ability to use CRM tools such as Hubspot
  • Sales or Marketing experience in positions such as Sales or Marketing Lead or similar role involving B2B corporate-level experience in 3PL, WMS, supply chain, system integration and the robotics automation industry
