Requirements

Job Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  2. Teaching Certification: Valid teaching certification/license in the relevant subject area and grade level.
  3. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a classroom setting, preferably in the same subject area and grade level.
  4. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and student populations.
  5. Availability: Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if required. (depending on job type)
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and other staff members.

  8. Classroom Management: Strong classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment and maintain discipline.

  10. Organization Skills: Strong organizational skills to plan lessons, prepare teaching materials, and assess student progress effectively.
  11. Adaptability: Ability to adjust teaching methods and strategies to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
