THE ROLE & YOUR MISSION
Provide administration, maintenance, and engineering support for the Microsoft 365 environment and related applications including but not limited to OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, Power Platform
Maintain and support licensing model and related processes
Actively manage ServiceNow ticket queue and escalations
Create and maintain engineering and process documentation
Monitor service health
Maintain Microsoft message center and roadmap activities
Serve as a technical resource on projects and mergers & acquisitions activities
Work in a cross functional environment with various business and technology groups
YOUR EXPERIENCE & VALUES
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated strong understanding and knowledge across the Microsoft 365 environment, related applications, and integrations
Experience in the Microsoft 365 platform, including but not limited to Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Viva Engage, Power Apps, Power Automate
Experience with PowerShell, API, and rest services integrations
Knowledge of Azure AD and Intune
Ability to multitask across project work and business as usual activities
Self-motivated professional able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
