***This is a remote position, but the candidate will need to come onsite the first day to collect equipment.

The Office of State Human Resources (OSHR), Temporary Solutions (TS) Division, is seeking a Program Director to simultaneously manage multiple important projects for their division. This position will report to the agency CIO and work under the direction of the Temporary Solutions Division manager, to project manage the following projects: TS Customer Portal 2.0, TS Job Order Portal 2.0, Business Process Improvement Initiative, Analytics and Dashboards, Customer and Employee Help/Resource Portals, TS Internal (back-office) SharePoint redesign, Temp Solutions Recruitment website. This position will coordinate resources, develop timelines, and provide regular status updates on the status of all projects and will manage interdependencies.

This resource will need experience with Data Analytics and Tableau and will coordinate with the OSHR Data Analytics team to ensure a successful implementation of the Analytics and Dashboards Project within OSHR's overall Data Governance framework. This position will manage a risk and issues register, manage communication with stakeholders, coordinate cross-team activities, and escalate risks to the TS Manager and CIO as appropriate.

Required Skills
3 years Experience managing multiple medium-to-large projects in the HR domain.
2 years Experience as an end-user of SharePoint understanding SharePoint from a user perspective.
3 years - Ability to communicate effectively with technical as well as non-technical staff.
3 years - Ability to learn and understand new technologies associated with SharePoint and O365 products
1 year experience with Tableau
3 years Experience documenting business processes and developing process flows.
3 years - Ability to solicit requirements from business users and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
3 years - Experience working in the HR Domain with knowledge of core HR functions (recruitment, classification, compensation, onboarding, payroll, hiring and other personnel actions, etc.)
1 year - Experience in State Government

Highly Desired Skills

PMP Certification
Experience publishing Power BI or Tableau dashboards in SharePoint
Strong technical writing skills
