Looking for an experienced LPN to provide clinical oversight at a 96 bed SNF. Facility has 2 units of 48 patients. Duties include subacute rehabilitation and long term care. Looking for 1-2 years of experience in passing medications, wound dressings, and oversight of direct care staff. Facility is located in Canton NY with multiple housing availability as this is a college town.
