Job Description:
Project Tasks
Assist with day-to-day backup operational tasks/activities
General Networker performance/troubleshooting
Review backup processes and policies (incident, capacity, performance and change management, user and backup policy) to ensure customer is following best practice methodology
Conduct knowledge transfer to of the features/functions of implemented backup solution
General troubleshooting/optimization - ensure the customer understands how to manage these areas once residency is completed
Continuously monitor, review, and manage backup environment to identify areas of improvement following Dell EMC best practices
Share best practice methodologies throughout the residency assignment
Resident will be self-directed, able to accomplish tasks with little to no direction
