Technical/Functional Skills:

• Surface and analyze customer business requirements.


• Translate requirements into an Architectural design and influence the deployment of key infrastructure components


• Design, construct and maintain all facets of an Office 365 Solutions


• Plan and Execute an end-to-end implementation of the target workloads


• Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and emerging Office 365 and related core technologies


• Assists with the development of cloud design standards related to the Microsoft Office 365 Applications and Azure


• Drives definition and standards required to operationalize cloud services


• Translates high-level service design from service and project management into low-level component designs


• Develops and documents the low-level design specifications for adds/changes/deletes of services and related components


• Ensures publication and communication of cloud architecture blueprints


• Supports project teams during the service design and transition phases


• Helps lead technical design sessions for Microsoft cloud related projects


• Partners and mentor’s other architects and consultants to share your knowledge and experience to other Technology & Consulting and Sales and Solutioning Team;


• Ensures designs produced adhere to architectural roadmaps and supports the development, execution, and operation of service;


• Participates in peer review and sign off on detailed designs with project / executive sponsorship;


• Drives cloud service designs and outcomes that are globally available, secure and reliable to customers

Experience Required:

• Good hands on experience in Architecting, Design and implementation/rollout of O365 apps


• 10+ years relevant industry experience; 5+ years of extensive experience and technical knowledge of O365 technologies;


• Knowledge with On-Premise & Cloud based MS O365 services including SharePoint Online, MS Teams, OneDrive


• Experience to help drive Office 365 product delivery and technology direction for Cloud Services. Must possess a unique blend of technical and customer facing skills and be an out-of-the-box thinker.


• Additional knowledge security, compliance, data, user experience, business, engineering, governance.


• Knowledge of Identity management services: Federation & IAM solutions – Azure IAM, Federation Services


• End User Experience (performance, functionality, end user profiling & personas)
