Role: R&D Engineer Human Factors
Location: St. Paul, MN - 55117
Duration: 12 Months on W2 (Possibility of project extension)
Shift Timings: 9 AM to 5 PM


Hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote)

Job Duties:

  • Apply knowledge of Human Factors principles and techniques to the design, development, and evaluation of hardware and/or software products.
  • Product development hands-on technical experience.
  • Experience in medical device development is preferred but not required. Open to Aerospace and
  • Automotive background as well.
  • Knowledge of cardiac electrophysiology.
  • Familiarity with Human Factors/Usability Engineering regulatory standards.

Education and Experience:

  • M.S. degree is required (Human Factors Engineering, Design, Cognitive Psychology, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Bachelor will not be considered for this role.
  • A Ph.D. degree will be preferred in Human Factors Engineering. It is not a requirement, however, even with a Ph.D. degree, the manager needs 3 years of experience.

Interview Process:

  • Phone screening followed by another two rounds of panel video interviews.
