Job Description:
manage 2 highly visible programs (link removed) Architecture of Tomorrow (AOT) NextGen Profit and Digital Access Platform (DAP) Fastlane programs. They perform the following functions:
- Liaison between business stakeholders, IT development and Executive Leadership Team(ELT).
- Host workshops on critical, complex business processes and align business stakeholders and IT development on providing business value, delivery business outcomes and attain OKR goals
- Experts on SAFe practices / Strong Mural knowledge / Expertise with Power Point and executive decks creativity and messaging to leadership
- Conduct interviews with external clients with the business sponsor to build product vision and strategies
- Provide IT consulting on build vs buy strategy or product selection analysis
- Executive reporting status to Senior Leadership on weekly meetings and monthly messaging on Steering Committee meetings with ELT
- Provide data, documentation, research and analysis on what value streams deliver the most impact
- Risk and Issue Management
- Metrics management (as it relates to the success of a Program Increment)
Mandatory Skills Host and Manage weekly meeting with VP of DCT with relative information about programs and creative messaging
Host and Manage monthly Steering Commitee with Executive Leadership Team
Desired Skills 10-15 years in program management using SAFe /Agile processing
Expert ability to articulate to Senior Leadership about program status, relative business metrics, governance of programs , issues and risks.
