Sales Back Office Intern

The SBO Team supports Philips Sales Departments across the world. The team makes sure that orders are compliant with contracts and prepares a package of documents for further booking. SBO is responsible as well for the preparation of official letters and statements which are shared with partners for example for tender purposes.

Your role:


Supporting Contract Management team on day-to-day duties.

Supporting in contract renewal process.

Assisting in Hardcopy contract process creating, preparing contracts for shipment, collecting and archiving signed documents.

Collecting missing information from the specialists in the sales organization.

Updating relevant systems with actual data.

Creating and updating relevant reports.

Supporting team in defining areas for process improvements.
You're the right fit if:


Graduate or student in last 2 years of Master degree studies

Fluent English (at least B2)

Computer literacy essential and experience in MS Office applications (MS Excel at the advanced level)

Availability to work 30-40h/ week
