Ciocca Dealerships is seeking an experienced Service BDC Manager to join our team. The Service BDC Manager will have overall responsibility of customer lead management and service appointment setting processes. They will also implement and organize outbound call campaigns designed to generate business at the dealership.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure customer leads from the dealership's CRM are acted upon promptly and effectively to ensure the customers are handled in an appropriate manor
  • Answer all overflow calls and fill in for business development representatives when needed
  • Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards
  • Monitor and improve telephone handling and other procedures
  • Develop and maintain the departments daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Create a fun atmosphere that creates desire for employees to come to work by displaying consistent enthusiasm and positivity, while still creating a sense of urgency towards goals
  • Conduct weekly meetings with business development representatives, team leads and management
  • Oversee of department scheduling

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • At least 2 years of related management experience required
  • Strong communication skills to handle customers, employees, and vendors
  • Ability to handle any escalated customer concerns
