What youll do



Developing and implementing strategies to promote a positive organizational culture and values.

Designing and implementing talent programs including DE&I programs to ensure that employees are engaged and motivated to contribute to the company's success.

Translate the broader DEI strategy into progressive practices and programs that reflect the best expertise in this space - from increasing representation, retention and development of diverse talent to ensuring Signify has an inclusive culture that truly reflects our values and creates a sense of belonging for all.

Develop and implement change & behavior management strategies, programs to support organizational change including communication and training.

Conduct organizational assessments as per defined requirements to identify areas for improvement( specific to culture and talent pools).

Use data to identify trends, insights and gaps to advise deliver programs on driving mindset shifts, change management, DE&I, specific learning interventions as well as relevant adaptation and prepare reports to track progress and measure success.

Partner with the HRBPs, L&D , TA to deliver programs and ensure the strategy is consistent with the broader Talent & DE&I strategy as well as with the Signify People plans.

Your qualifications



Proven experience in organizational development, workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion issues, with both an academic understanding and experience gained as a practitioner.

Multi country experience.

Proven success in designing, implementing and executing culture change initiatives and training programs.

Excellent communication, project management and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
